  • How long does shipping take
    Orders will ship within 24-48 hours. Once orders shipped you will receive notification of tracking number
  • When will my pre-ordered Book(s) ship.
    All pre-ordered book(s) will ship based on shipping guidelines set forth by the Publishers/Author. Every publisher and author has different rules on this.
  • What if my books are damaged when I receive them?
    Please contact us via email or phone and we will make it right!
  • What is included in a BookBox?
    Book(s) based on your chosen Genre at checkout. Included will be amazing book related items that will change month-month. Our goal is to have items related to your book(s).
  • How often will I receive a Bookbox with my subscription
    Each month a new bookbox will ship based on your chosen genre. You will be notified 3 days before your next box is charged and shipped. Once product is shipped; tracking numbers will be provided electronically thru your provided email address.
  • When will I be charged for my monthly BookBox Subscription?
    We will notify 3 days before the subscription fess are charged to the method used for payments. An email will be sent with tracking info when product is shipped.
  • How do I cancel my BookBox Subscription?
    You can cancel on website under your login provided when signing up. If you have any problems or need assistance with this please reach out. We are available by phone and email; please reach out with any questions.
